The perception of price fairness is based on consumer' s consideration on product prices and other reference points.This paper discusses it in four aspects: past price, rite price of the same product in different cities or areas, competitor ' s price and cost and profit attribution. With these reference points, the paper researches on how perception develops and its impact on the demand of product. This will be a new method of pricing.
