应用方差比率(VR)、2×2列联表的χ2检验、Pearson相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数检验研究了山西南方红豆杉群落种间关系.结果表明:(1)南方红豆杉群落物种间总体上相关联(P〈0.05).(2)2×2列联表的χ2检验共87个种对为正关联,18个种对为负关联(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);Pearson相关系数有59个种对为正关联,29个种对为负关联;Spearman秩相关系数有95个种对为正关联,62个种对为负关联.(3)用2×2列联表的χ2检验不能反映两个种对的数量关系,应用Pearson相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数刻化种对间的数量变化关系,与Pear—son相关系数检验相比,Spearman秩相关系数检验具有较高的灵敏度.(4)种对的正关联和正相关,主要是由于它们具有相近的生物学特性,对生境的需求相似;而种对间的负关联和负相关,主要是由于它们具有不同的生物学特性,对生境具有不同的生态适应性或相互竞争所致.
Interspecific relationships in Taxus chinese var. mairei communities in Shanxi were studied by using variance ratio,χ2 test for χ2 contingency table, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. The results indicated that: (1)The overall association of the community was significant(P〈0.05). (2) The positive association coefficients of 87 species-pairs for the exact test were either significant(P〈0.05) or high significant(P〈0.01) and the negative association coefficients were sig- nificant or highly significant in other 18 species-pairs. In addition,the positive correlation coefficients of 59 and 95 species-pairs were significant(P%0.05)or high significant(P〈0.01) by using the Pearson's correlation coefficient and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient respectively while 29 and 62 species-pairs had significant(P〈0.05)or high significant(P〈0. 01),and the negative correlation coefficients using these same tests. (3)Because χ2 test for 2 × 2 contingency table can not reflect exactly interspecifie relationships, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient were used to test for correla- tion between species. Moreover,compared with Pearson's correlation coefficient, Spearman's rank correla- tion coefficient test was more sensitive. (4)The species with similar biological features tended to be posi- tively associated and correlated,while those with different biological features and different adaptabilities to the habitats or existing inter competitions tended to be negatively associated and correlated.
