以扩散控制蒸发模型为基础,在考虑了液滴和固体碰撞影响的情况下,建立了真空喷雾法制取冰浆的分析模型,并对液滴在闪蒸器内的温度变化的影响因素进行了分析。研究发现:液滴直径对液滴温度变化影响较大,降低液滴初温对于减少降温时间的影响不大,而降低环境压力可以使得液滴更快达到形成冰晶的条件;研究还发现采用上喷方式可以大大减少闪蒸器的尺寸。
Based on the diffusion - controlled evaporation model in consideration of droplet impinging surface, a theoretical model of ice slurry production by water spray evaporation method was presented in this paper, and the production conditions of ice crystal was analyzed by the model. The research results showed that the temperature change of droplet is effected significantly by the droplet diameter, the formation time of ice crystal is barely affected by the initial temperature of droplet but affected significantly by the environmental pressure in the vacuum chamber. It was found that the droplets upward spraying may reach the smallest sizes of the vacuum chamber compared with other two droplets spraying style, the downward spraying and the horizontal spraying.
