[目的/意义]产业中专利的实施需要良好的技术知识基础并形成有效的技术组合,本文选取3D打印这一战略性新兴技术的专利情报作为研究对象,探究了技术知识基础对专利技术产业化的作用机制,并从专利管理视角提出区域与工艺技术知识基础的界定及其对技术产业化的影响,拓展了知识基础理论在产业创新研究中的应用。[过程/方法]实证研究中,运用孔多塞评价法对中国三省区和3D打印三种主流工艺的专利技术知识基础进行多指标综合评价,从创新网络结构、知识基础规模、知识基础广度、知识基础多元度、知识基础深度五个维度综合对比了在不同区域和工艺基础上推进技术产业化的专利条件与实施潜力。[结果/结论]以3D打印产业为例的研究发现,特定技术在不同区域和工艺上势必存在专利技术知识基础差异,仅从专利数量等单一因素来判断某区域或技术工艺是否具备技术产业化基础并以此为依据进行产业规划是不够客观全面的。
[purpose/signifi cance]Patent industrialization is the main form of realizing the value of patent strategy and system.Also,the implementation of patent in industries requires a good Technological Knowledge Base(TKB)and proper patent portfolio.Th is research chose3D printing technology and its patent information as research object and explored functional mechanism of TKBtowards patent industrialization based on the theory of knowledge base and thus enriched this theory.[Method/process]In the partof empirical study,this paper consummated the dimensions and definitions of TKB’s indexes and fuzzy comprehensively evaluatedChina’s3D printing industrialization regions and technical processes based on the method of condorcet evaluation from fi ve diff erentdimensions,thus to compare the patent condition and implementation potential of China’s3D printing technology among diff erentregions and technical processes.[Result/Conclusion]It was found that a specifi c technology certainly had otherness in its regional andtechnical TKB,judging industry development plan singly from the account of patent was obviously uncomprehensive.Th e main aim wasto provide decision reference frames for guiding new emerging technology industrialization in China soundly and scientifi cally.
