目的探讨妊娠胎盘植入采取磁共振（MR）诊断的意义。方法方便选择该院2014年6月—2016年6月接诊的妊娠胎盘植入患者23例作为研究对象,纳入研究对象均有完整临床资料,自愿接受该研究,均实施超声诊断与MR诊断,总结影像学特征,并比较两种诊断符合率。结果 MR诊断符合率为86.96%,超声诊断符合率为65.22%,MR诊断符合率显著高于超声诊断（P〈0.05）;超声影像学特征主要为：胎盘后间隙消失和（或）胎盘后或胎盘实质内有丰富的血流和血窦,并探及动脉血流;血流紊乱湍急,甚至累及子宫肌层;MRI影像特征主要有子宫变形和（或）局部隆凸、胎盘信号不均匀、胎盘呈不规则团块状等T1长T2信号影和胎盘下供血血管增多等征象。结论磁共振诊断妊娠胎盘植入符合率高,相比传统超声诊断而言,更值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the significance of magnetic resonance（MR） in the diagnosis of placenta of pregnancy.Methods In our hospital in June 2014 to june 2016 year in June, the pregnancy placenta implantation in 23 patients as the research object, research into the clinical data of the object were complete, voluntarily accept the study, implementation of ultrasound diagnosis and MR diagnosis, summarize the imaging features, and compare the two diagnostic coincidence rate.Results MR diagnosis coincidence rate was 86.96%, the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 65.22%, significantly higher than the rate of ultrasound diagnosis with the diagnosis of MR（P〈0.05）; the main features of echocardiographic imaging： and（or） the gap disappeared after placental placental or placental parenchyma with abundant blood flow and blood sinus, and probe and arterial blood flow; disorder of rapids, even involving the myometrium; MRI imaging features of the main uterine deformation and（or） local protuberance, the placenta signal is not uniform, the placenta was irregular agglomerate T1 long T2 signal intensity and the placental blood vessels increased. Conclusion The coincidence rate of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of pregnancy placenta is higher than that of the traditional ultrasound diagnosis, it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
