研究了膨胀剂复合方式及养护条件对自密实混凝土收缩性能的影响。采用混凝土比长仪测定自密实混凝土收缩性能。结果表明:膨胀剂与矿物掺合料的复合方式及养护条件显著影响自密实混凝土的收缩变化规律。水养护条件下膨胀剂能够有效发挥其微膨胀补偿收缩作用,矿物掺合料促进了膨胀剂对自密实混凝土的收缩补偿作用;浇水养护及自然养护条件下,自密实混凝土未表现出膨胀特性,矿物掺合料的引入对自密实混凝土的收缩有一定的抑制作用;自然养护条件下自密实混凝土的收缩更大,且矿物掺合料的掺量存在临界值,当掺量大于30%时,对收缩的抑制作用较弱甚至有增加收缩的趋势。实际应用中,应尽量保证湿养护,同时严格控制矿物掺合料的用量。
The influences of expansion agent composite mode and curing condition oh self compacting concrete(SCC)shrinkage were studied.Concrete comparator was used to meter the deformation of concrete.The results showed that the expansion agent composite modes and curing conditions affect SCC shrinkage characteristic markedly.Expansion agent and composite system made the SCC samples expanding along with the test time under the water curing conditions,and the incorporation of mineral admixture was advantageous to the development of the expansion properties of expansive agent.In the case of watering condition and natural curing condition,the samples were always shrinkage within test time,but mineral admixtures had a good effect on the shrinkage resistance of concrete.Under natural curing condition,the content of mineral admixture had a critical value.When the dosage of mineral admixture was up to 30%,enlarge mineral admixture dosage would not reduce SCC shrinkage,but maybe increase shrinkage.So in the practical application of SCC,moist curing was guarantee as much as possible,and the mineral admixtures dosage must be controlled strictly.
