对地理信息时态不确定的概念认知与符号计算方面作了初步探讨,认为地理信息时态不确定性的本体在于动态地理现象的内在复杂性、机器计算能力和人认知限度的多层次不一致性,解释了时间空间不确定性-运动不确定性-动力不确定性的整体时空不确定性语义,选择设计了地理信息时间位置精度指标、不确定当前值的渐进语义模拟、地图过时性和空间数据库现势挂计算模型。
Semantics and computation of temporal uncertainty in geographical information is discussed. It is argued that temporal uncertainty of geographical information basically lies in the multiple inconsistencies among the complexity of dynamical geographical phenomena, the powerness of computing machinery, and the capability of human cognition at different levels. Moreover, the holistic uncertainty of space-time uncertainty, motion uncertainty, and kinetics uncertainty is explained. Particularly, computation models of time position uncertainty, Now value endued with some progressive uncertainty semantics, outdatedness or currency evaluation of maps and spatial databases are designed.
