目的建立血管性痴呆(VaD)的动物模型,并探讨中药葛根素对VaD的作用机制。方法建立老龄大鼠VaD模型,进行正电子计算机断层扫描技术(PET)检测。结果葛根素对VaD大鼠脑内葡萄糖代谢有改善作用。结论该模型制作适合脑血管疾病的功能性研究。通过PET显影,葛根素可改善VaD大鼠脑内葡萄糖代谢。
Objective: To establish vascular dementia(Val)animal model and to approach the machanism of action of VaD with the kakkonein. Methods: To establish VaD model of old aged rats and to carry out the PET detection Results: Glucose of metabolism of the VaD rat brain improved by Kakkonein. Conclusion: This model is suitable for experimental studies of cerebral ischemia. Through PET scanning, kakkonein can improve the glucose of metabolism of the VaD rat brain.
