Casein Phosphopeptide chelated metal minerals is an annular chelate formed with casein phosphopeptide and metal minerals by bonding effect. It is a new type of metal minerals supplement. The chelate had its unique advantages,such as enhancement of absorptivity immunity,accelerating calcium deposition and calcification in bone and teeth and improving reproductive performance. Therefore,it becomes a research hotspot. In this paper,the formation,structure,biological function,production technology of Casein Phosphopeptide chelated metal minerals are briefly reviewed,and the development prospects have also been proposed.
