针对铝合金硬钎料熔点较高这一问题,在HL401钎料的基础上研制了三种钎料,并对其铺展性和熔点进行了测试。结果表明,L1钎料在LF2铝合金上的润湿性较好,钎料固相线温度为483.6,液相线温度仅491.7℃。接头剪切性能测试结果表明,L1钎料可在520℃对LF2铝合金进行钎焊,接头性能较高,为96.43MPa;当钎焊温度为540℃,保温时间13min时,接头剪切强度最高,达到了103.57MPa。
According to the problems of AI alloy brazing filler metals with high melting point,three kinds of filler metal were developed on the basis of HIA01, and the spreadability and DTA tests were performed. The results show that the wettability of L1 brazing filler metal on LF2 aluminum alloy is good. The solidus temperature and liquidus temperature are from 483.6℃ to 491.7℃. The joints shear performance testing results show that L1 filler metal can be used to braze LF2 aluminum alloy at 520℃ and the strength of the welded joint is higher, which can reach 96.43 MPa; when the brazing temperature is 540℃ and the bonding time is 10 min, the shear strength of the welded joint is highest, which can reach 103.57 MPa.
