利用微层共挤出设备制备了蒙脱土填充聚丙烯和石墨烯填充聚丙烯的交替多层结构,构筑出连续的交替气体阻隔层,通过偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、万能拉伸机以及压差法气体渗透仪测试研究了交替多层复合材料与普通共混材料的结构与性能的关系。结果表明,随着层数的增加,交替多层复合材料的氧气渗透系数在40℃时有了明显的下降,下降了19倍之多,气体阻隔性能显著提高,拉伸强度也有明显的提升,提高了12.3%。
Polypropylene (PP)/montmorillonite and PP/ graphene alternating multilayered composites were successfully fabricated via multilayered co-extrusion technology. And continuous alternating gas barrier layer was constructed. The structure and property of the alternating multilayered composites were investigated systematically through polarizing optical microscope, differential scanning calorimetry, universal tensile test and gas permeability test. Results demonstrate that the gas barrier property under 40 ℃ and mechanical properties are improved significantly through the construction of the alternating multilayered structure, and such improvement is further enhanced with increase of the layer number. For example, the gas barrier properties increase by 19 times and the tensile strength increases by 12.3%.
