借助于光学显微镜研究了强磁场(12 T)下奥氏体化温度对Fe-0.12%C合金连续冷却转变显微组织形貌的影响,结果表明:随着奥氏体化温度的升高,铁素体晶粒沿磁场方向伸长且呈链状排列,珠光体团长轴方向与磁场方向平行且伸长的程度增强;相同强磁场热处理条件下,板平面平行于磁场方向比垂直于磁场方向放置的试样的铁素体面积百分含量高,同时铁素体晶粒沿磁场方向伸长且呈链状排列,珠光体团长轴方向与磁场方向平行且伸长的程度低.
OM observation on the microstructure of Fe-0.12%C alloy austenized at different temperature under high magnetic field(12 T)shows that the tendency that the ferrite grains are elongated and aligned along the direction of magnetic field,and the long axis of the pearlite colonies is parallel to and elongated along the magnetic field direction becomes stronger as the austenization temperature increases.At the same austenized temperature and under the same magnetic field,the percentage of the ferrite in the sample plate plane parallel to the magnetic field direction is higher than that in the sample plate plane perpendicular to the magnetic field direction.Meanwhile the above tendency appeared in the sample plate plane parallel to the magnetic field direction is weaker than that appeared in the plane perpendicular to the magnetic field direction.
