城市土地供求紧张和土地粗放利用的矛盾日益突出，对城市尤其是大城市进行土地集约利用评价，目的在于准确把握土地利用现状、实施科学的合理的土地利用．本文探讨了城市土地集约利用的价值，构建了一套土地集约利用综合评价指标体系，包括土地投入强度、土地使用强度、土地使用效率和土地生态环境四个因素层，十三个因子层，并采用熵值法确定指标权重，对武汉市2003年～2007年的土地集约利用水平进行研究，最后探讨了武汉市在土地集约利用过程中存在的环境影响问题，并得到了有实际意义的结果．

英文摘要：

Urban land demand and supply tension and extensive use of land conflicts have become increasingly prominent, so we evaluate urban land intensive use particularly in large cities. It intended to accurately grasp the current situation and carry out scientific land-use planning. This paper discuses the value of urban land intensive use, and build a set of comprehensive evaluation index system about land intensive use. It includes the intensity of investment in land, land-use intensity, land-use efficiency and land eco-environment factors, and we divide it into 13 factor levels. Then we determine index weight with entropy value method and study Wuhan city in 2003-2007 years of the level of intensive use of land. Finally we discuss the intensive use of land existing in the process of environmental impact issues, and get meaningful results.
