数字流域的内涵和框架探讨

根据数字流域研究现状,以流域的基本含义为基础,探讨了数字流域的内涵和框架结构,论述了数字流域的建设内容和功能、规范标准体系和构建技术,说明多元海量数据的存储管理和数据的基础分析计算是数字流域的核心,数据接入和通用服务平台功能是数字流域的主要构成部分,数字流域工程是对象流域实体数据及其数据采集与传输、应用模型或系统与数字流域的集成.

英文摘要:

According to the current situation of researches on digital river basin, the connotation and framework of the digital river basin were discussed based on the fundamental content of a river basin. The content, function, criteria and standards as well as the construction techniques of the digital river basin were addressed. The storage and management of multiple massive data and the basic algorithms to extract the data characteristics were the core to the digital river basin. The data input strategy and service platform was the main component of the digital river basin. A conclusion is drawn that the project of the digital river basin is integrated by the digital river basin with the individual data of a basin, the instruments of the data acquisition and transmission, and the applied models and systems.
