提出一种新的高精度短时间间隔测量方法以满足当前时间同步技术的精度需求.利用1 pps信号本身的周期性,采用分层次的时间间隔测量与修正的方法,针对不同范围下的被测时间间隔进行高精度测量并修正,从而保持被锁时频信号与参考信号同步.经实验验证实现最高分辨率与准确度为±24 ps.
A new measurement for high-precision time interval is provided to satisfy the present precision requirement of the time synchronization. Utilizing the own periodicity of 1 pps signals, the multi-level time interval measurement and correction is put forward to keep time synchronization, in which the measured time interval is high-precisely measured and corrected under different time interval conditions. Experi- ment shows a ± 24ps resolution and accuracy is reached.
