目的:对星毛冠盖藤脂溶性成分组成及其抗氧化能力进行研究,为星毛冠盖藤的合理利用提供科学依据。方法:以广西金秀县产星毛冠盖藤为材料,采用醇提及柱层析分离得到其脂溶性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对星毛冠盖藤的脂溶性成分进行分析和鉴定,并通过标准质谱谱库的计算机检索进行化学成分定性;采用清除DPPH自由基能力的方法测定脂溶性成分的抗氧化活性。结果:星毛冠盖藤的脂溶性成分主要为8种成分。这些成分主要为不饱和脂肪酸类化合物及羽扇-20(29)-烯-3-酮,均为首次从该植物中鉴定出;星毛冠盖藤的脂溶性成分具有一定的抗氧化活性,半数清除浓度IC50为5.434 mg/m L。结论:本研究阐明了星毛冠盖藤的脂溶性成分的物质基础及其抗氧化活性,为进一步开发和利用星毛冠盖藤提供了良好的理论依据。
Objective: To analyze the components and antioxidant Activity of the liposoluble constituents from Pileostegia tomentella Hand. Mazz, in order to provide a scientific foundation for the rational development and utilization of Pileostegia tomentella Hand. Mazz. Methods: Pileostegia tomentella Hand.Mazz from Jinxiu county of Guangxi province was used as a material. The liposoluble constituents from Pileostegia tomentella Hand. Mazz were separated by alcohol extraction and column chromatography, and analyzed by GC-MS and identified by the searching of standard mass spectral library on computer. The antioxidant activity was detected by DPPH free radical scavenging method. Results: There 8 compounds were identified from this plant. The bioassay indicated that the liposoluble constituents from Pileostegia tomentella Hand. Mazz possessed antioxidant activity.Unsaturated fatty acid and lup-20(29)-en-3-one are major chemical constituents of these components. All the compounds were identified from this plant for the first time. The liposoluble constituents from Pileostegia tomentella Hand.Mazz possessed antioxidant activity, and the half elimination ratio(IC50) is 5.434 mg/m L. Conclusion:This study clarified the material basis and antioxidant activity of the liposoluble constituents from Pileostegia tomentella Hand.Mazz,Which provided a good theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Pileostegia tomentella Hand.Mazz.
