介绍了一种士300kVar STATCOM装置的拓扑结构及其基于DSP的双CPU冗余控制系统的软硬件设计,提出了一种基于变结构神经网络模糊控制的内环控制和PI外环控制的双闭环控制结构.通过试验确定了逆变器的开关频率,并且对模拟冲击负载下的单负荷一无穷大系统中STATCOM进行试验.试验结果表明,该装置能够维持负载母线电压的稳定性.
The development of a ±300 kVar STATCOM equipment based on IGBT power module was presented. One kind of the development scheme was demonstrated, as well as its hardware structure based on DSP with redundant CPU and the design of control software for the apparatus were also proposed. A non-linear controller with a PI external-ring controller and an inner-ring controller using variable structure neural network fuzzy control algorithm model were also put forward. All the results show that the switching frequency and the performance of this equipment are stable.
