充分考虑储能系统的荷电状态(SOC),提出了-种基于储能系统和常规机组最大可用调频容量的动态分配系数确定方法,并构建同时考虑电网调频效果和储能系统SOC保持效果的综合评价指标.仿真结果表明,所提方法能够有效地保持储能系统SOC以及提高电网的调频能力,为电网的优化运行提供技术支持.
Taking into account the state of charge ( SOC) of energy storage system ( ESS) , a method waspresented to determine the distribution coefficient of ESS and conventional generator (CG) dynamically based onthe available regulation capacity, and an aggregative indicator was used to evaluate the relating effects and SOCmaintaining effects. The simulation results show the method proposed can improve the frequency regulation serviceand maintain the SOC within a desired range, providing technical support to the optimized operations of the grid.
