如何提高现有牙轮钻头轴承的工作性能,延长其在高转速下的使用寿命,是目前钻井工程领域迫切需要解决的问题之一。采用计算机仿真技术分析了牙轮钻头浮动套轴承的摩擦因数、扭矩、温度等性能参数与轴承结构参数的变化关系,找到了同一结构参数时载荷和钻头转速对轴承摩擦学性能的影响规律,认为215.9mm(8 1/2英寸)牙轮钻头浮动套内外间隙比应为2.0~3.0,为给定工况下牙轮钻头浮动套轴承结构的设计与优化提供了理论依据和方法。
It is one of the urgent problems of how improving the working performance of rock bit journal bearings and prolong its life span under high working speed, in current oil drilling engineering. This paper presents the developed simulation software. Using computer simulating technology, this paper studied the relations between the structure and the performance parameters of the floating-ring journal bearings. The simulation results indicate that the best clearance ratio to 8-1/2" rock bit floating-ring journal bearings is from 2.0 to 3.0. This work offers new method and theoretics to the design and optimization of rock bit journal bearings under some particular work condition.
