对15根钢管自应力混凝土构件的抗弯性能进行了试验测试,在此基础上,利用混凝土的边界面模型和钢材的弹塑性模型,建立了自应力钢管混凝土抗弯构件的三维有限元模型并编制计算程序对其力学性能进行了分析,试验结果和计算结果基本吻合,研究结果表明,由于自应力的影响,自应力钢管混凝土抗弯承载力要高于普通钢管混凝土,并且承载力随着自应力的增加而增加;通过计算分析,提出了计算自应力钢管混凝土构件抗弯承载力的经验公式;并推荐采用AIJ的计算方法计算该结构的抗弯刚度。
Flexure tests on 12 self- stressing concrete filled steel tube (SSCFST) specimens and 3 conventional concrete filled steel tube (CFST) specimens were done. The results indicate that the flexural capacity of CFST specimen is lower than that of SSCFST specimen when 28 - day cube strength of concrete core , yield strength and geometrical dimension of the steel tube are kept same. Based on a bounding surface model of the concrete and elastic - plasticity constitutive relations of steel, the finite element model of the self - stressing concrete filled steel tube is established, and the analysis on the mechanical performance is done. The calculated results indicate that the SSCFST specimen has higher carrying capacity than CFST specimen duo to selfstress. Finally, an empirical equation for predicting the shear capacity of SSCFST short beam is proposed.
