针对摆线齿锥齿轮刀盘参数的选取,研究了刀盘半径修正对齿面接触性能的影响。根据摆线齿锥齿轮加工刀具和产形轮的形成原理,建立了加工摆线齿锥齿轮的数学模型。对不同曲率的齿面做了啮合分析。通过算例分析,研究了刀盘半径修正对啮合参考点处相对主曲率的影响。编写了TCA程序,得到不同刀盘切向半径修正量的齿面接触印痕。通过三维软件建立大、小轮齿面的三维模型并进行虚拟装配,得到不同刀盘半径修正的齿面在参考点处啮合时的瞬时接触椭圆。通过对比以及量化分析,得到接触区长度随着刀盘半径修正量的增加而变短的规律。为摆线齿锥齿轮刀盘参数的设计计算提供了参考。
Aiming at the selection of parameter of the cycloid bevel gear cutter, the influence of radial correction of cutter on the tooth surface contact is studied. The mathematical model of cycloid bevel gears is es- tablished based on the cutter head and the formation principles of production gears. The contact analysis of dif- ferent curvature tooth surface is carried out. Through example analysis, the impact of the correction of cutter ra- dius on the relative principal curvature on meshing reference point is researched. The TCA program is written, and the teeth surface contact patterns of the different corrections of the tangential radius of the cutter head is got. Through the three - dimensional software, the three - dimensional model of big and small gear is estab- lished and the virtual assembly is carried out. The instantaneous contact oval is obtained by the determinate in- terference on the reference point. The rule that length of contact area is shorter with the increase of cutter radius correction is obtained by contrastive and quantitative analysis. The reference for the design and calculation of the parameter of the cycloid bevel gear cutter is provided.
