【目的/意义】基于信息采纳后行为和感知价值理论,构建社交问答平台用户持续参与意愿的概念模型,揭示社交问答平台用户持续参与意愿的发生机理。【方法/过程】以240份社交平台用户为样本,通过结构方程模型对概念模型中各变量之间的关系进行实证检验。【结果/结论】社会价值、信息价值和情感价值积极影响用户满意度和有用性感知,满意度对持续参与意愿具有显著影响,但有用性感知对持续贡献意愿的作用没有通过显著性检验。
【Purpose/significance】In order to reveal the mechanism of continued participation intention for social QAplatform users, the concept model of continued participation intention for social QA platform users is constructed basedon IS post-adoption research and perceived value.【Method/process】Using structural equation model,an empirical analysison 240 mobile social QA platform users is carried out to test and verify this model.【Results/conclusion】Social value,in-formation value and emotional value have positive influence on satisfaction and perceived value, satisfaction also has posi-tive effect on continued participation intention;but the effect of perceived value on continued contribution intention failed topass the significance test.
