利用128导脑电仪采集了11个健康被试者的闭眼与开眼静息状态下的高分辨率脑电信号,对闭眼与开眼情况下α波(8~13 Hz)功率的差异进行了分析。计算两种情况下全脑脑电信号的平均功率,统计检验了两者的全脑平均功率;应用标准低分辨率电磁断层成像方法对头皮功率值进行定位,利用t检验得到两种情况下具有显著性差异的α波功率在大脑中的位置。结果表明,闭眼情况下α波功率显著高于开眼,具有显著性差异的大脑位置包括额叶、顶叶和枕叶等区域。
High resolution electroencephalography(EEG) signals were collected in eleven healthy subjects to study differences of the alpha wave(8~13 Hz) between eyes-closed and eyes-open resting states.In these two states,the mean power of alpha wave over 128 channels was computed and analyzed.Furthermore,brain regions of the alpha power were localized using standardized low resolution electromagnetic tomography(sLORETA) analyses and the difference of the alpha power between the eyes-closed and the eyes-open states was tested by t test.Results show that the alpha wave power is obviously stronger in the eyes-closed state than in the eyes-open state with significant difference in frontal,parietal and occipital regions.
