针对拖拉机在作业过程中产生振动的问题,设计了可以抑制振动的液压减振系统,详细解析了该系统应用的混合控制策略原理。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真拖拉机作业时的随机路面,分析拖拉机的减振系统的簧载质量垂直加速度、动载荷及动行程时域响应曲线。结果表明:在田间作业时,拖拉机受到振幅在-0.052 3-0.0 5 0 4 m区间内的垂直随机振动;混合控制策略的z··s衰减速率为0.12;轮胎动载荷瞬间响应值为4.6×10^-3N;动行程最终值为0.0 4 9 8 m;衰减平均速度为0.0 0 0 6 4 4 m/s。混合控制策略的拖拉机液压式减振系统优于天棚控制策略的减振系统,有效地减少了拖拉机振动。
In view of the problem of tractor caused by vibration when working in the field, the hydraulic damping system inhibiting vibration was designed. The principles of hybrid control strategy were analyzed in detail. The random road of tractor when working was simulated in MATLAB/SIMULMK. The response curves of the vertical acceleration of sprung mass, dynamic load and dynamic travel in time domain were presented. The results showed that the tractor suffered vertical random vibration with amplitude in the range from -0. 052 3 to O. 050 4m when working in the field, the attenuation rate of z about the hybrid control strategy is 0.12. The instantaneous response value of the tyre dynamic load is 4.6×10^-3 N. The final value of dynamic travel is 0. 049 8 m, and average attenuating speed is 0. 000 644m/s. The hydraulic isolating vibration system of tractor with hybrid control strategy is superior to the skyhook control strategy.
