【目的】研究‘桂野生山金柑’的遗传学特性,为柑橘种质资源的鉴定及创新利用提供理论依据。【方法】采用倍性分析和SSR标记相结合,对‘桂野生山金柑’进行遗传鉴定分析。【结果】倍性分析结果表明‘桂野生山金柑’是二倍体;从24对SSR引物中筛选出6对重复性好、条带清晰、多态性强的核基因组引物,在供试材料中获得等位基因条带共30条,其中具有多样性差异条带25条,多态性比例为79.17%。聚类分析的结果表明不同供试材料的遗传相似系数在0.600-0.802。【结论】‘桂野生山金柑’具有遗传特异性,不同于其他地区起源的山金柑或金柑,是一种新的柑橘种质资源。
[ Objective] In order to provide a theoretical basis for the identification and utilization of Gut Wild Shanjingan, its genetic charac-teristics was studied [ Methodsl Using ploidy analysis and SSR molecular marker to analyze the genetic diversity of Gut Wild Shanjingan. [ Results] The ploidy analysis result showed that Gut Wild shanjingan was diploid. 6 pairs of SSR primers with good repeatability, high poly-morphism and clear bands were screened from the 24 pairs of SSR primers. A total of 30 allele stripes were successfully observed, among them, 25 bands were polymorphism, The polymorphie rate was 79.17 %. Genetic similarities caenlated by cluster analysis ranged from 0. 600 -0. 802. [ Conclusion] Gut Wild Shanjingan was significant different from Shanjingan or Jingan originated from other origions, it was a new cultivar with genetic specificity.
