受外资企业的影响,国内越来越多的企业也开始实施薪酬保密政策。通过回顾不同学者的研究,从态度,行为,员工绩效三个方面分析薪酬保密的积极与消极效应,总结出薪酬保密有助于避免员工相互攀比,增强组织承诺,提高个人绩效,同时其也会降低员工对组织的信任感,阻碍劳动力市场的高效率运作和打击员工的积极性。最后,基于前文的回顾,为中国企业实施薪酬保密制度提供相关的建议。
More and more domestic enterprises have begun to implement pay secrecy policy influenced by foreign-funded enterprises. Firstly, the paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of pay secrecy from three aspects: attitude, behaviors and employee performance. Then, it sums up that pay secrecy can avoid comparing between employees, enhance organizational commitment and improve individual performance. However, it can also reduces employees’ sense of trust in the organization, hinder the efficient operation of the labor market, and cut down employees’ self-motivation as well. Finally, based on the foregoing review, it provides some recommendations for enterprises to implement salary secrecy policy.
