阐述了海洋环境对结构耐久性的影响,介绍了纯聚脲技术的优势,研究了不同温湿度养护条件对其附着性能的影响,考察了纯聚脲涂层经老化试验及QUV老化后的表面形貌、结构形态,介绍了纯聚脲技术在港珠澳跨海大桥和青岛跨海大桥的应用。研究结果显示,纯聚脲技术具有优异的长期防护效果,抵抗QUV老化的能力较好,可以应用于海洋设施腐蚀防护中。
The paper briefly describes the influence of marine environment on durability of structure, and introduces the technological advantage of pure polyurea technology, and studies the influence of different temperature and humidity curing conditions on adhesion performance. The surface appearance and structural morphology of pure polyurea are investigated with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) after QUV aging. An introduction of application of pure polyurea to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Qingdao Bay Bridge is also given. It is shown that pure polyurea technology can undertake the mission of protection to Qingdao Bay Bridge with excellent long-term protective ability and strong resistance to QUV aging.
