为了适应托卡马克长脉冲放电的需要,必须建立一套长时间稳定、连续的数据采集系统,该系统在连续采集数据的同时能将采样数据按照时间分段上传给远程数据服务器,使得在长时间放电过程中能及时发布最新的实验数据,减少数据压缩、存储和传输的耗时;文章使用PXI-2006数据采集卡,通过双缓冲的采集方式实现了连续采集,并通过封装数据头信息的方式实现了数据分段上传的功能,保证了托卡马克实验诊断数据的长时间数据采集;经测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,能够满足实验需要。
In order to meet the requirement of Tokamak long pulse discharge experiments,it is necessary to construct a stable and continuous long-duration data acquisition system,which can upload sampling data to remote data server by time slice while the progress of continuous date acquisition.This method can reduce the time consuming of data compression,storage and transfer,and help people acquire the latest diagnostic data during the long pulse discharge experiment.This paper designed the system with PXI-2006 DAQ card,and implemented the continuous data acquisition by way of double buffer sample mode.This paper also adopted the method of data encapsulation with additional head information to accomplish the data upload by time slice.At last the system was proved to be stable and qualified by our tests.
