针对弹性供应链的易腐品物流配送计划问题,在网络正常运行和单一节点失效的情况下,分别建立了在有限资源约束下的单目标多时段成本优化数学模型,以实现供应链运行总成本最小。用CPLEX软件求解该问题,通过与网络正常运行时的比较,得到各时段应急调度计划、库存量,以及部分满足用户需求时的各节点的扩容策略。仿真实验结果表明了所提出的求解该问题的应急方案是有效的。
We consider a logistics distribution plan problem with resilient supply chain and develop a model considering constraints of limited resources to minimize the total cost when the network operates normally or one of the nodes fails.Using the model,the logistics distribution plan,dynamic inventory and node capacity extension strategy are obtained by solution with CPLEX.Simulation results indicate validity and practicability of the logistics distribution plan.
