高校保卫工作作为高校运行机制的重要组成部分,直接关系到学校的安全与稳定、改革与发展。新形势下,国内外复杂形势、教育体制改革、高校扩招带来的生源多元化等因素对高校安全稳定工作提出了更高要求。本文从搭建综治组织架构、加强宣传教育、完善管理制度、强化队伍建设以及保障基础建设等五个方面提出构建校园安全防控体系的基本思路。
英文摘要：
Security work in universities and colleges,as an important part of the operating mechanism of higher education,is directly related to the college＇s security and stability,reform and development. Factors such as the current situation home and abroad, educationa system reform,student pool diversification caused by maticulation expansion,have posed even higher requirements to safety and stability work in universities and colleges. This paper elaborates on the approach of constructing a campus safety assurance and control system in the following 5 aspects：setting up organization framework for comprehensive management,infensifying publicity; refining management institution,enhancing staff capacity and solidating basic construction.
