为了描述大规模协同产品开发过程的不确定性和复杂性,概述了大规模协同产品开发社区的演化过程,并基于复杂适应系统理论建立了包含应激层、自主层和协作层的主体模型;设计了完整的主体行为协议,运用人工智能的谓词逻辑对协议进行了严格的语义定义;将所建立的主体模型用于构建大规模协同产品开发过程的多主体仿真系统,给出了任务模块执行阶段的仿真流程,并详细介绍了仿真实验平台的各类参数设置;通过仿真实例证明了主体模型的有效性,分析了大规模协同产品开发过程中主体和产品的相关指标,包括产品进化周期、主体开发效率等。将主体模型应用于多主体系统的仿真实例中,分析了大规模协同产品开发过程中的主体行为和产品进化周期等,证明了模型的正确性和有效性。
To describe the complexity and uncertainty of Mass Collaborative Product Development (MCPD) process, the evolutionary process of MCPD community was summarized, and an agent model which included reaction level, autonomy level and collaboration level was built based on complex adaptive system theory. The complete behavior protocol was constructed and strictly defined by predicate logics. The built agent model was used to construct the multi-agent simulation system in MCPD process, the simulation process in module execution phase was given and various parameters were introduced in detail. Through simulation examination, the effectiveness and correctness of agent model were proved, and the relevant indexes of agent and products such as product evolution cycle and agent development efficiency were analyzed in MCPD process.
