植物的形态特征,伴随生境破碎化可能面临着不同的选择,与植物繁殖有关的种子形态学的研究有助于深入了解植物在破碎化生境中的生存策略和进化趋势。选择了分布于新疆天山北坡经济带的伊犁郁金香(Tulipa iliensis Regel.)为研究对象,通过野外多位点同时段取样,对比研究了不同斑块种群伊犁郁金香种子的形态学特征和萌发特性。结果显示:1)随着生境破碎化程度的逐渐加强,斑块种群种子体积变小、种子变轻,更有利于种子随风散播更远,避免与母株以及其他种子幼苗的竞争,让破碎化程度较强的斑块种群存活下去。2)随着生境破碎化的加剧,伊犁郁金香种子发育情况受到一定的影响,但并不显著,说明其在种子数量上保证了种子库的充足。3)相比破碎化程度较弱、生境破碎化程度中等和较强的斑块,种群种子的萌发优势更明显。
Aims The plant traits face different options under the effects of habitat fragmentation.Study of seed morphology helped to understand the survival strategies and evolutionary trends of plant in habitat fragmentation.Methods: Through the comparison research of morphological characteristics and germination characteristics of Tulipa iliensis Regel.seed were collected in multi-field point of Xinjiang Tianshan Slope Economic Zone at the same time, the same point Tulipa iliensis seed morphology (length, width and thickness), reproductive plant traits that may be under selection following habitat fragmentation.seed amount,ovule abortive rate and thousand seed weight, germination rate in habitat broken had change of different degree. Important findings: 1) As the habitat fragmentation degree gradually strengthen, plot population seed volume tends to be smaller, lighter, more conducive to seed spread beyond with the wind,avoid competition with maternal and other seeds seedlings, to make the plaque species of strong fragmentation degree survive.2) with the intensification of habitat fragmenta- tion,Tulipa iliensis seed development was affected to some extent, but not significantly,number of seeds that ensure the seed bank of plenty. 3) compared with weaker fragmentation degree, habitat fragmentation degree of medium and strong plaques species seed germination advantage were more obvious.
