以叶片锤为振子,研究弹簧振子在被测液体中作阻尼振动时,各振动周期内最大振动速度对数衰减率与被测液体黏度之间的关系。推导叶片锤垂直振动法测量液体黏度的黏度系数计算公式,设计叶片锤弹簧振子测试装置的基本结构,给出振动信号的提取方法,并利用该装置进行液体黏度的测试试验。研究结果表明:所推导的计算公式以多周期平均振动对数衰减率为特征参数,可以快速求得被测液体黏度,从而给出叶片锤垂直振动法进行液体黏度测量的理论依据;所得出的测试方法可以应用于液体的黏度测试,具有方法便捷、装置简单、成本低廉、测试结果可靠和能够连续测试等优点。
In order to measure liquid viscosity quickly,the relations between the liquid viscosity and the logarithm damping rate of maximum vibration speed in all cycles were studied when the fusiform wing body spring oscillator vibrates vertically in liquid.The viscosity coefficient calculating formula of spring oscillator method was derived.The conformation of the liquid viscosity measuring system based on the fusiform wing body spring oscillator and the method of how to acquire the oscillating signal were also discussed,and some liquid viscosity measuring tests were also conducted with this system.The formula shows that the liquid viscosity can be calculated fast by taking the average value of logarithm damping rate of maximum speed as a characteristic parameter,and thus,theoretical basis of spring oscillator method for measuring viscosity is founded.Spring oscillator method can be applied to test the viscosity of room temperature liquid.The new method has many advantages,such as convenient for use,simple for installation,low for cost,and convincable for measurement and easy for continuous testing,and so on.
