Multi-national corporation＇s FDI and technology transfer are correlated to the relevance of technology. Further more, there are interactive relationship between them and industry agglomeration. It gives new conception of related technology and spin-off technology. Based on relationship between technology innovation and industry agglomeration which was discussed by J A Schumpter, ＂three superiority pattern＂ which was put forward by J H Dunning and F Perroux＇s theory of growth poles, it analyzes the interactive mechanization between technology correlation in multi-national corporation and industry agglomeration. Finally, it makes a deep study on the interactive effects between related technology and spin-off technology.
