平顶山矿区深部主采煤层回采巷道矿压显现强烈,普通锚网支护难以适应深部开采的要求,高强度、高刚度、高预紧力的强力支护是控制深部围岩变形的有效途径.采用正交数值方法对平顶山矿区主采煤层回采巷道的支护参数进行了模拟分析,确定了影响围岩变形主次因素.应用多元回归分析法,拟合了巷道断面收敛系数与综合岩体强度、顶板锚索根数、锚杆预紧力、垂直应力和动载系数的关系式,对平煤股份十一矿高强锚网索支护的丁5-6-26071风巷断面收敛变形进行了预测,与现场矿压测试结果基本吻合.
Strata behaviors of a deep mining roadway in the main coal seam of Pingdingshan mining area are intensifying.The distortion of strata cannot be controlled with a common bolting-wire mesh support,but a strong support with high strength,high stiffness and high preload is an effective approach to do this.Support parameters of mining roadway in the main coal seam of Pingdingshan mining area were analyzed with orthogonal numerical simulation,and the primary and secondary factors to strata deformation were determined.The relation was fitted with multiple regression analysis,whose dependent variable is the coefficient of convergence of a roadway cross section;independent variables involve comprehensive rock mass strength,numbers of the cable in a roadway roof,the preload of bolts,the vertical stress and dynamic load factor.Convergence cross section was forecasted with the relation,which is 26071 ventilation roadway of 11th colliery,and Pingdingshan coal shares supported with high strength bolt-wire-cable.The forecasting results coincide with field investigation.
