利用微分Sagnac干涉仪结构对缠绕在压电陶瓷(PZT)上的光纤,对加在PZT上的控制信号的频率响应进行了研究,此系统不需要如传统结构那样工作在正交状态。用正弦信号,三角波信号做控制信号进行了实验,实验结果表明,当控制信号的频率在2000Hz以下,光纤可以实时线性地响应控制信号的变化。
The response characteristics of the fiber wounded on PZT to PZT control signal were studied by using the differentiating Sagnac interferometer construction. The system does not need to work in quadrature as traditional methods. The sinusoidal signal and triangle signal were used as the PZT control signal in experiments. The results show that when the frequency of the control signal is less than 2 000 Hz, the fiber wounded on the PZT can linearly respond to the control signal in real time.
