针对基于工艺流程的生产线规划中缺乏可视化、控制及优化的问题,提出利用树型结构的差异化模式建立系统模型的方案,并兼顾不同的介入口对生产线的访问与控制,同时保证系统与企业其他系统的接口,设计了基于工艺流程的生产线规划系统的开发流程。最后,以5V发动机缸盖生产线的设计为例,完成原型系统的开发,提高了生产线规划的效率和准确度。
This paper proposed a method to establish system model with the discrete mode of tree view structure, to visualize control and optimization in designing production line based on process flow. This mode gave attention to various paths to access and control the product line, and also to connect with other systems of enterprise. Finally, this paper took a production line of 5V engine cylinder head for example, and proposed a process to design prototype system, to improve the efficiency and accuracy of product line planning.
