An introduction was made on the main aspects of flood ecological environment risk management, including the evaluation of influence on river basin＇ s eco-system and environmental quality from construction of various kinds of flood control structures, survey and appraisal of environmental and ecological influence resulting from flood disaster, offering compensation plan and management countermeasures to improve environment and protect eco-system.
