采用模型模态试验方法对汽轮发电机组框架式基础的振动特性进行了研究.根据相似理论建立了某电厂1000 MW汽轮发电机组框架式基础的10∶1试验模型,采用激振器激振的方法对该结构的动力特性进行了测试,采用模态分析技术并依据规范的要求对基础的振动情况进行了预测.通过试验结果与国内设计软件TGFP4.0数值计算结果的对比,表明理论分析模型的可行性.研究结果为汽轮发电机组框架式基础进行动力修正和优化设计提供了参考.
In this paper, the vibration characteristics of frame foundation for steam turbine-generator set are performed by model modal test method. A model (scale is 10:1) of frame foundation for a 1000MW steam turbine;generator set is built according to similarity theory, and then the test of dynamic characteristic is carried out by exciter method. According to the Code for design of dynamic machine foundation, the vibration is predicted with modal analysis. The feasibility of theoretic analysis model is proved by the comparison with computational results of TGFP4.0. The research results will afford reference to dynamic modification and optimized design of framed foundation for turbine-generator set.
