目的:研制一种可自动控制的中动物饲养隔离系统。方法:根据生物安全工作的实际实验流程设计整个隔离系统及其相关的传递链、消毒链、空气负压隔离系统、动物福利系统和自动控制系统。结果:隔离系统结构图符合专利申报、生产组装要求,样机进入动物实验验证阶段。结论:该智能化系统有望为高等级生物安全实验室受病原体感染的中动物实验提供安全防护硬件支撑。
Objective To develop an automatic isolator system for medium-sized animal care. Methods The isolator system included its related transfer chain, disinfection chain, negative air pressure isolation system, animal welfare system and automatic control system, which were designed according to the experimental procedures for biological safety work. Results The isolator system structure drawing was matched with the requirements of patent application and assembly production, and then the prototype was in the animal experiment validation stage. Conclusion The intelligent isolator system was expected to provide safety protection hardware support for infectious medium-sized animal experiments in high-level biosafety laboratories.
