In this paper, (1-+-uβ)-constacyclic codes over the ring F_p^m+uF_p^m+…+u^(k-1)F_p^m an arbitrary length is studied. The number of distinct (1+ ufl)-constacyclic codes over the ring R of length N=psn is determined, so is the number of codewords in each such code. The structure of (1+ u/3)-constacyclic dual codes over the ring R is also derived.
