拱顶土压对深埋重载铁路隧道衬砌结构受力有重要影响,由于目前对拱顶土压认识不足,隧道衬砌结构设计存在缺陷,导致隧道衬砌结构发生病害。结合山西中南部深埋重载铁路吾沿河隧道,采用数值模拟的方法分析拱顶土压对深埋重载铁路隧道衬砌结构动力响应的影响。研究结果表明:1隧道拱顶处土压的增加会导致二次衬砌拱顶位移、最大及最小主应力水平显著增加;2隧道拱顶土压一定的情况下,列车峰值荷载对二次衬砌最大主应力影响较大,最小主应力影响较小;3隧道拱顶土压的增加对填充层主应力大小影响较小,填充层主应力大小主要受列车动荷载作用控制,对地层荷载不起主要承载作用。
The earth pressure has great influence on the force of the deep-buried and heavy-haul railway tunnel structures. Due to the lack of understanding of earth pressure in vault, the design of tunnel lining always has flaws resulting the diseases in the operation period. Based on deep-buried and heavy-haul railway Wuyanhe tunnel in South Central Shanxi, the numerical simulation is used to analyze the influence of dynamic response to earth pressure in vault on the deep-buried and heavy-haul railway tunnel structures. The results show that:(1)The increase of earth pressure in vault has significant influence on vault displacement in secondary lining, maximum and minimum principal stress level;(2) The peak train load has great influence on maximum stress and has little effect on the minimum principal stress of the secondary lining when the earth pressure in vault is certain. (3)The increase of earth pressure in vault has small effect on the main stress of filling layer. The main stress of the filling layer is mainly controlled by the dynamic load of the train and the ground load has small impact on the filling layer.
