以水为溶剂,采用冰冻铸造法制备Al2O3-ZrO2多孔陶瓷,用扫描电镜观察样品的孔结构,并测量其气孔率和抗压强度。结果表明:不同的固相含量显著影响样品的气孔率和抗压强度。氧化锆含量越高,样品的抗压强度越高,而气孔率越低。当Al2O3/ZrO2质量比为5/7时,烧结温度为1400℃时,所制备样品的抗压强度最高为38.2MPa,气孔率为52%。
Porous Al2O3-ZrO2 ceramics were prepared by freezing casting method. The microstructure of the products was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The porosity and compressive strength of the products were tested. The results indicate that the content of solid content influences on porosity and compressive strength obviously. The compressive strength increases and the porosity decreases with increasing the content of ZrO2 gradually. When the mass ratio of Al2O3-ZrO2 is 3/7 and the sintering temperature is 1400℃, the compressive strength of the product reaches to 38.2 MPa and the porosity is 32%.
