The economic success of overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia has made the corporate governance of overseas Chinese family business as an academic focus. In this paper, the authors select Columbia Group from Indonesia, a 110 years old enterprise, as the research sample. Combined with the dynamics of Leo family, the authors analyze the case from the perspective of the evolution of family governance during its growth and try to summarize the characteristics of its governance structure, also the rules of its historical evolution.
