以丙烯酸为聚合单体,通过静置水溶液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂(super absorbent polymer,简称SAP)。采用红外光谱分析(FTIR)、热失重分析(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)对SAP热稳定性和表面形貌进行了表征,结果表明本研究合成出了聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂,且具有良好的热稳定性。同时讨论了商吸水性树脂在不同阴阳离子溶液中的吸液性能。
Super absorbent polymer(SAP)was synthesized by static aqueous solution polymerization, with acrylic acid(AA)as main raw material. The optimal polymerization conditions were obtained by a large amount of research. SAP was researched by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Thermal Gravimetry Analysis(TG)and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM). The results showed sodium polyacrylate SAP was made successfully, which had good thermostability, strong gel strength and high water retention property. The absorbency in different ionic solution was further investigated.
