近红外光谱技术作为一种新型现代分析手段,具有操作简单、检测快速、结果准确、成本低廉和对样品无损坏等优点,已经广泛应用于制浆造纸、木材材性预测、木材加工利用、木质复合材料、木材防腐与木材保护等方面的研究。在介绍近红外光谱技术基本工作原理与主要特点基础上,重点论述了近红外光谱技术预测木材纤维素结晶度、木材微纤丝角和纤维形态等木材解剖特征中的研究现状,并展望了其应用前景。
As a newly current advanced analysis technology, the near-infrared (NIR)spectroscopy possesses advantages of easy operation, fast and accurate detection, low cost and non-destructive test, has been widely used in the fields including pulp manufacturing and paper-making, wood properties estimation, wood progressing, wood composites producing and wood protection. In present work, based on introduction of the basic principles of NIR and its main characteristics, an overview was conducted focusing on the research status of wood anatomical characteristics (including cellulose crystallinity, microfibril angle and fiber morphology) estimation by using NIR spectroscopy. Moreover, the application trends were prospected.
