分析了光纤布拉格光栅的压力敏感及增敏原理,设计了一种适于高分辨率静水压力测量的封装结构,实验结果表明,该光纤光栅压力传感器压力响应灵敏度为9.03×10^-3MPa^-1,比未封装的裸光纤光栅增敏2946倍,在长沙白鹭湖进行的基于静水压力的水深测量表明,该传感器的深度分辨能力优于5cm,并有较好的线性和重复性,满足基于静水压力的拖曳缆深度测量应用需求。
The principle to enhance the pressure sensing and sensitivity on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is analyzed. A packaging structure which is suitable for high-sensitivity hydrostatic pressure sensing is designed. The experimental results show that the pressure sensitivity of this FBG sensor is 9.03× 10^-3 MPa^-1 ,which is 2946 times of that of the bare-fiber grating sensor. In Changsha Bailu Lake, an experiment of water-depth measurement based on this FBG pressure sensor was finished. Results show that the deep measuring resolution of this sensor can be 5 cm at least,also with wonderful linearity and repeatability. This kind of FBG sensor can satisfy the measuring and controlling reguirement of towed fiber cable.
