将两种阳离子表面活性剂和阴离子聚合物乳液混合,测定混合体系的电导率和表面张力变化,探索阳离子表面活性剂与乳液的相互作用机理.结果发现:十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)和马来酸聚氧乙烯醚(20)双酯季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂(OEMD-20)会通过静电吸引力吸附在乳胶粒表面,减少其表面所带电荷,改变其体积,降低乳胶粒的导电能力.同时CTAC和OEMD-20能与聚合物乳液中游离的阴离子表面活性剂(SDS)形成复合物,降低混合体系的表面张力.
The electrical conductivity and surface tension of mixed solutions of cationic surfactants and an ionic polymer emulsion were measured,and the interaction mechanism was investigated.The results showed that the two kinds of cationic surfactants,cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(CTAC)and maleic acid polyoxy ethylene ether(20) di-ester quaternary ammonium(OEMD-20),could adsorb on the surface of latex particle through electrostatic attractive force,and decrease its conductivity by reducing the charge on the surface of la tex particles and changing the particle volume.Both the surfactants could form complexes with the free anion ic surfactant in polymer emulsion,which reduced the surface tension of mixed system.
