目的探讨上海地区不同高度气传花粉的数量、种类和沉降规律,为花粉过敏症患者选择合适的居住楼层以及花粉症的预防提供科学的理论依据。方法采用Durham花粉采集器于2010年3月至2012年3月对上海地区不同高度(12 m,21 m,33 m)的气传花粉进行采集。结果共收集气传花粉221 224粒,隶属38科,27属种。不同高度花粉数量比较结果:12 m〉21 m〉33 m;种类比较结果:21 m〉33 m〉12 m。上海地区春季优势气传花粉有构树、悬铃木属、松科、榆属、枫杨、柏科、柳属、杉科、桦木科、银杏和朴树;夏秋季优势花粉为女贞、豆科、葎草和禾本科。结论构树、悬铃木属花粉在上海地区不同高度占明显优势。
This study designed to investigate the quantity,species and deposition of pollen at different heights in Shanghai,with aims of providing a scientific basis for pollen allergic patients to prevent pollinosis and choose suitable floor to live.Using the Durham sampler,the airborne pollen grains at different heights(12 m,21 m,33 m) were collected from March 2010 to March 2012 in Shanghai,China.A total of 221 224 airborne pollen grains belonging to 38 families,27 genera or species were collected.After analysis,the tendency of pollen quantity at different heights was 12 m21 m33 m,and that of pollen species was 21 m33 m12 m.In spring,the dominant airborne pollen grains were those of Broussonetia papyrifera,Platanus,Pinaceae,Ulmus,Pterocarya stenoptera,Cupressaceae,Salix,Taxodiaceae,Betulaceae,Ginkgo biloba and Celtis sinensis,whereas in summer and autumn were Ligustrum lucidum,Leguminosae,Humulus scandens and Gramineae.Broussonetia papyrifera and Platanus were the dominant airborne pollen grains at different heights in Shanghai.
