研究比较了吉林省四平地区6种蝗虫精巢和卵巢发育及其配子发生动态。结果显示:刚羽化的成虫精巢发育程度高于卵巢,蝗虫精巢发育模式呈先增长后降低趋势,卵巢发育模式呈幂指数增长并始终维持在较高的发育水平。从蝗虫精子形成动态来看,精巢管内各时期均有精原细胞、各级精母细胞和成熟精子,但在刚羽化成虫精巢管内精原细胞和初级精母细胞占优势,而老熟成虫精巢管内成熟精子占优势;从蝗虫卵子发生动态来看,成虫早期没有成熟卵子出现,而以1-4阶段卵母细胞占优势,老熟蝗虫以6-8阶段卵母细胞占优势。研究结果证明,蝗虫精巢和卵巢发育出现不同步现象。
The paper compared the dynamic development of spermary and ovary and their gametogenesis of six species of dominant locusts in Siping area of Jilin province, China. The results showed that the developmental degree of spermary was higher than that of ovary in the beginning of the appearance of adult locusts and the developmental model of locust spennary showed a declining tendency after its top development. The swell of ovary volume showed a tendency of growing model of a power series and kept the high developmental level all the time. In spermatogenesis dynamics of locusts, there were spennatogonia, spermatocytes and mature sperms in testicular follicle but more spermatogonia and primary spermatocytes in young adult and more mature sperms in old adult. In oogenesis dynamics of locusts, there was no mature ovum instead of more 1^st to 4^th oocytes in young adult period and there were more 6^th to 8^th oocytes in old adult period. The results proved that there was no synchronologieal development between ovary and spermary of locusts.
